Please always arrive 15 minutes before your booking so you can get started on time, we may not have the flexibility to shift your booking. Please call us as soon as possible if you think you might be late for your booking time. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking. If we cannot reach you for 15min from your booking time, we will consider it as a no-show.

Please note on public holidays when our spa is open bookings will incur a 10% surcharge, This also applies to gift vouchers and membership discounted rates for bookings made on these days.

All appointments are confirmed prior to the scheduled visit. It is therefore advisable to provide us with your most accessible telephone number or e-mail address.

Once you have made your booking with us you should receive an SMS & EMAIL reminder a few days before your booking is due. Pease supply us with the best mobile phone number to send your reminder to. If you do not receive your SMS reminder or there is an error in the booking time or date please call us ASAP to correct the problem.

For your comfort we encourage you to wear comfortable leisure wear to your appointment. We provide you with a disposable underwear for body treatments. Your comfort is of paramount importance to us. Our professional staff will discreetly drape you to respect your privacy and modesty.

We have female, male and accessible shower facilities.

We ask that you let us know in advance if you have any allergies to products, nuts and oils.

We do require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice to reschedule. And also you can reschedule the booking online by yourself.

We understand that things happen in life and plans change. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we do require 24 hours’ advance notice. Please call us and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but please understand it’s not always possible.

The minimum legal age for massages and facials in Australia is over 16 years old. The good news is if you are aged between 8 – 16 years old, you will be able to experience at DeSol spa treatment with an adult present.
