Purpose & Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future transactions between the Supplier and the Customer and are incorporated with the Treatment Booking, the Supplier’s Consultation Form, Gift Voucher Terms, and Privacy Policy and the Product Order (as applicable).
Payment for Treatments
DeSol Spa accept cash, EFTPOS, Bankcard, Visa’s and DeSol Gift Voucher. There are no additional bank charges for use of EFTPOS or debit cards. A surcharge is applicable to all credit cards. Public Holiday surcharges may apply.
Can I change my treatment booking?
We do require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice to reschedule. And also you can reschedule the booking online by yourself.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen in life and plans change. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we do require 24 hours’ advance notice. Please call us and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but please understand it’s not always possible.
What is the minimum age for treatments?
The minimum legal age for massages and facials in Australia is over 16 years old. The good news is if you are aged between 8 – 16 years old, you will be able to experience a Desol spa treatment with an adult present.
